Registration
In order to register successfully we need certain fields filled out before you can continue
E-mail address: Your e-mail address is a completely unique identifier, which is why we use your e-mail address for your username. This, combined with your password will be your means to log in to our website next time, to order again or to check on the progress of your orders. If your e-mail address changes, you can update your username on the site at any time.
Password: Enter any password you like as long as it is 6 or more characters long. Try to steer clear of obvious passwords that people could guess (a combination of numbers and letters tends to work well) and do not use special characters such as ' " @ % $ < > [ ] { }. Make sure you enter your password again in the confirm password text box underneath. If you forget your password later you can request a reminder, where we will e-mail your password to you, and if you go off it, you can change it at any time.
Your Name: We would like to call you something else apart from "user1928", and it's nice for us all to have your real name on invoices, e-mails, addresses and delivery notes, which is why we have to insist on it.
Company Name: Once again, this is good to go on all of your invoices and documents, but it is not necessary as not all of our customers are businesses.
Contact Telephone No: If we have a problem with your order we like to be able to phone you up and talk to you, real person to real person. This number, as with all of our customer information, is kept confidential and only used when necessary.
Billing Address: The billing address is also used as your primary delivery address so it is a vital element to your registration. You can add as many delivery addresses as you like (later) but you can only have one billing address.
