"The Soma Noma-oi is an extremely important Japanese cultural and religious event, famous through-out Japan for its traditional style samurai equestrian events, which like an ancient scroll come to life, accurately captures the spirit, styles, and equipment of the Sengoku period (1482-1558) warrior.
